Ordering options via EDI, E-mail, telephone and fax
We are able to receive your orders electronically via EDI. In this way your electronic order data will be send to our EDI converter. The benefits are a faster and safer processing of your orders and there will be no mistakes due to miscommunication. Ordering via EDI is efficient, fast and ecofriendly. Furthermore, feel free to transmit your order via E-mail, telephone and fax.
Returning goods without a particular reason
Within two years after delivery, in compliance with certain specifications and without giving any specific reason, we accept returned goods that otherwise take up your valuable storage space. We will deduct an administration fee from the refund amount for processing.
