Hagebau honours industry champions at specialist congress

Gold for FOS®!

FOS Industrie ChampionFriedrich Ossenberg-Schule GmbH + Co KG was honoured with the highest award at the Hagebau specialist congress: The Hagebau shareholders selected FOS® as the "Industry Champion Gold 2024" in the Roof & Façade category from around 300 suppliers. This award underscores FOS®'s outstanding performance and excellent partnership with Hagebau.

FOS Auszeichnung Industrie Champion 2024 A special moment of the evening was the recognition of Michael Wecker, FOS®'s long-standing Head of Sales, for his lifetime achievements. The award was presented by Christian Rabe, Head of Procurement for Specialist Trade. A historic original fax order from then-junior buyer Rabe to Wecker, dated 25 November 1993, symbolising the beginnings of their collaboration, brought smiles to the audience.

"I am standing here today only as a representative of the team," emphasised Michael Wecker during the award ceremony. "Being human on both sides of the table has always been a principle we followed, and one that worked particularly well with Hagebau."
